The above are the words of Jack Beven of the National Hurricane Center with regard to the Tropical System out in the Atlantic passing near the northern Leeward Islands, or about 1,100 miles southeast of Miami. While I don't want to panic anyone- Everyone should pay close attention to the development of the system and be ready to act if needed.
